This guide explains where to check your current workspace usage so you can quickly see how close you are to your plan limits.

Review the current usage

Use the current numbers to decide whether you still have room in your existing plan or whether you should pause forms, clean up unused forms, or upgrade.

Go to Workspace > Billing
The page shows your current plan and workspace usage

Purchase a subscription: If the free plan no longer gives your workspace enough headroom.
Upgrade your subscription: If your current paid plan no longer gives your workspace enough headroom.
Downgrade your subscription: If your current paid plan has more capacity than you need.
Pause or resume a form: If you want to temporarily free up capacity without deleting a form.
