Delete a form

This guide explains how to permanently delete a form and all of its associated submissions from your workspace.

Open the form configuration tab

  1. Go to Workspace > Forms and select the form you wish to delete.
  2. Switch from the Entries tab to the Configure tab to open the form's configuration panel.

Navigate to the 'Operations' section

You must scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Operations section.

Delete the form

  1. In the Operations section, find and click the Delete form button.
  2. A confirmation prompt will appear. Review it carefully.
  3. Confirm the action to permanently delete the form and its submissions.

Once the deletion is complete, the form will no longer appear in your workspace.
